We had a really great time staying at this hotel. That was an enchanting property set in a great area, right by the restaurants, Downtown 6th street activities, and surrounding area. - the rooms turned out to be impressive and appropriate with a refrigerator and double beds, for instance.

We had a fun stay on business trip.

Breakfast included was practically non-existent

The room at Extended Stay America was fantastic! It had everything I needed, like a full kitchen with a fridge and stove, and a flat-screen TV. It made me feel at home during my stay, especially as a solo traveler.

Personally, I didn't really enjoy the grab and go breakfast. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Not always friendly staff!

The staff was super-friendly and did a great job. Had an immaculately clean room with a refrigerator, couldn't ask for more. - the location, approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from Congress Avenue, was great and unbeatable. - Appreciated the small restaurant.

first and foremost, great location on 6th street with its walking distance to the historic city centre with all its pubs/bars/restaurants and also the good value for money. another positive aspect is the extremely friendly, helpful and always in a good mood staff at the reception.

no complaints of any kind, negative evaluations of other guests i can not understand because my room was clinically clean without any strange smells as described by some reviewers. i also think that the service expectations of some people are simply too high, as if one has read the equipment and service characteristics of the hotel before, there is no reason for any complaints!
